انا كنت عملت تحليل لمرض جلدى ظاهر فى وشى واخد مساحات كتيره
وده التحليل
Diagnosis :Mixed pattern of CD4 and CD8 dermal infiltrate with both spongiotic and old standing dermatitis reaction (meianophages) No evidence of lymphoid neoplasia
Note : Lesions like pityriasia may be considered .please correlate with clinical picture
